To be part of Medibank’s GUINESS BOOK OF RECORD attempt for the LARGEST SPIN CLASS was amazing!!! It was a huge activation which we successfully executed.
Held in Sydney at the Overseas Passenger Terminal, broadcast on Chanel 7 Sunrise show and having Cadel Evans host the event via Satellite, meant lots & lots & lots of planning.
Our primary role was to supply Medibank branded printing which included;
- Shipping containers with branding for multiple uses – bike storage & change room
- Custom Marquees for registration
- T-shirts for the participants – screen-printed
- Branded Gym Towels
- Flags
- Printed collateral including brochures, signage, banners, floor graphics
- Large size cut-outs of Cadel Evans and Bella Babes used to direct participants to registration points.
- Co-ordinate Install and De-Install on event day
